1. Full Upfront Payment: Work will only begin once 100% of the payment has been received.

2. Turnaround Time & Waiting List: Completion time will depend on the waiting list. The client will be kept informed once the commission has started.

3. Payment Method: The only accepted payment method is PayPal, via invoice.

4. Revisions & Changes: Two free revisions are included for minor changes (such as color adjustments, drawing details, or lighting before the final render)... Major changes after revisions will incur an additional cost of 25% to 50% of the original price.

5. Refund Policy. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made, except in the following cases:(1)If I’m unable to complete the work.(3)If more than 2 months have passed since payment with no progress on the commission.

6. Promotion Rights: I reserve the right to use the finished artwork to promote my work on social media and in my portfolio, unless agreed otherwise.

7. Usage Restrictions: The artwork may not be used to create NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or any form of blockchain-related monetization.

Using the artwork to train AI models is strictly prohibited.

8. Unauthorized Modifications: Tracing, recreating, or modifying the artwork without my consent is not allowed ... If you need changes, please contact me directly to resolve it properly.

9. Dark Color Adjustment:Dark colors may be adjusted if necessary to improve detail visibility in the final image.

10. Personal Use: The commission is for personal use only, unless commercial use has been previously agreed upon (which may come with an additional fee).

11. File Delivery: The work will be delivered in digital format (JPG, PNG, etc.) ... If you’d like source files (such as PSD or CLIP), this may incur an additional cost.

12. Client Conduct: I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the client displays disrespectful or abusive behavior. In such cases, a partial or no refund may be given depending on the progress of the work.
